The Most Reverend Kevin C. Rhoades, Bishop of Fort Wayne-South Bend, is leading the way on this project in his diocese. He has requested the help of all the Knights of Columbus in his Diocese, "seeking a free-will donation to help defray the cost of purchasing the books… We hope to order 45,000 books".
I am asking all Councils in the Fort Wayne-South Bend diocese to join Bishop Rhoades in this "evangelization, especially reaching those Catholics who only attend Mass occasionally (e.g. Christmas and Easter)". Find a way to make it happen. God bless you.
