2008, your efforts have done something that has never been done. Our Supreme Regional
Program Consultant called to inform me that we had achieved Circle of Honor.
That of course is predicated on the fact that suspensions are being handled by
the book and that any anticipated suspensions are being cleared through our
State Deputy. We must keep the ball rolling to off set any surprises. In
addition to that it is important to stay in the recruitment mode at all times
and continue the momentum that you all have achieved so that your can do it
again next Supreme year. This is a mountain never before climbed in the history
of the State of
