Joe Stackowicz, Grand Knight of Council 4263 in Granger receives the TWO STAR Award from Vince Feck, District Deputy. The award was received only by slightly more than 500 councils throughout the world  having achieved of over 225% of their membership quota!

On Saturday, August 9th,  Council 6923 of Fishers went to Gibault Campus in Terre Haute to play a little game of softball with the staff and students.  Hot Dogs were provided and the students all seemed to have a blast.  Special Thanks to our State Gibault Envoy, Bob Edwards, for putting this together as it was truly a day to remember.

Warsaw, IN Archbishop Noll Council 4511 presented checks to Cardinal Services for $14,596.34 and Special Olympics for 3,000.00 for the Tootsie Roll drive that was held the first weekend in May.   A total of $17,596.34 was raised in 2008.  The total for money donated by from Archbishop Noll Council 4511 to Cardinal Services and Special Olympics since 1986 is $341,796.05.

Knights of Columbus Council #1631, St. Bernard's in North Vernon, IN was proud to present two checks to the Jennings county Pro-Life and Birthline committees to help continue their ministries in the area. A check was also given to the State Knights of Columbus Pro-Life
Committee. The checks where presented by the Council Pro-Life couple Carolyn and Ron Doxsee.

This picture of  from l. to r. Baron Wilder, Father Stephen Donahue and Jon Leach, Grand Knight.  The Knights of Columbus,  St. Bernard Council #1631 in North Vernon,  concluded their annual Tootsie Roll Drive to help locally handicapped citizens by handing out Tootsie Rolls at various locations in North Vernon.  The Knights helped raise over $700 for this cause.  The  effort was successfully organized by Marty McCoy, State Youth Director.
