PD Monthly Letter
December 2008
I hope this finds you and your family well as we approach this Christmas Season!
Reminder: I have changed the format for the columns in the "Nina Goals" section. The Quarterly Delinquency Reports have been broken out according to the months that they are due. That way, you can see exactly which reports have been submitted...and which haven't. They are referenced by "QDR July", "QDR Oct" and so on.
Form 365 electronic submissions are held by Supreme if there are errors in membership numbers, names, etc. Each Grand Knight should review the Reports Online section of the Supreme Website and contact Supreme to resolve any issues with those reports.
Activity Tracking is posted on our State Website (www.indianakofc.org) to allow you to access the report as soon as it's updated! An update as of 11/14/08 is included in the monthly distribution. If you notice any discrepancies in the Activity Tracking, please contact the appropriate State Director (Church, Community, Council, Youth, Family, and Membership).
All activity forms, whether submitted online or via postal mail, should be sent directly to the Director for that Activity area. Also, please ensure that you are using current Activity Reporting forms.
If you have not received a GK Handbook, please notify your District Deputy immediately! We will be posting the GK Handbook on the State Council Website. If you have any issues receiving the GK Handbook call me.
By the time this gets mailed, we'll be in full swing for our Winter Meeting with the District Deputies. Please make sure to schedule some time with them, as soon as possible, to review the information they have received at this meeting!
As always, if you have any questions, concerns, or comments - please feel free to contact me! Let me know how I can serve you today! Vivat Jesus!
This information will be posted on the State website (www.indianakofc.org).
Vivat Jesus!
